One of our most popular options is our hourly venue rental, which provides complete flexibility for clients. Weekends require 2 hour minimum.
The hourly rate is $200 per hour, plus 12% for labor and insurance, bringing the total to $244 per hour. This option includes full access to all standard venue amenities, allowing you to utilize the space freely and customize your event, studio or class according to your vision.
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to the event or class date.

Clients are welcome to design the space themselves, and optional décor rentals are available for those who would like to enhance their class, conference or event.
